Controls - Controller and PC Support - (Only Mouse Support for menus currently):

WASD or Left Joystick- movement

E or Gamepad Left Face Button - Pick up

F or Gamepad Right Face Button - Drop

Space/Left Mouse Button or Right Trigger- Throw

Shift or Gamepad Bottom Face Button - Leap forward

P or Special Right Gamepad Button - Pause (known bug: do not press P to close the menu)
